I had an emergency with my washer and found myself with huge pools of water that had gone across my wood floors. Within a few hours of my calling, CaliPro had set-up blowers and a dehumidifier to dry out the area. Mike took a lot of moisture readings, came back a few days later and added a second dehumidifier. I was comfortable with his honesty about what was happening, I left a key outside for him to check--in and was not concerned about not being there. Before I called Cali Pro, Service Master came out and they were focused primarily on getting insurance money not on solving the immediate water issue and mitigating quickly.
